Return Policy In the event your new conveyor does not fit Web-Flex must be notified of the problem within 5 days from receipt of product. Digital pictures of the press and a completed machine specification form will be required to determine the problem. If Web-Flex determines that the problem is on their end an RA# will be issued and Web-Flex will make modifications at no charge. Customer to pay for all freight charges. No Return Policy Custom Order Equipment is Non Refundable, custom orders are built to customers specifications and dimensions, if the conveyor does not fit the press, the customer will be required to supply new specifications and dimensions at which time Web-Flex will supply a quotation for the cost of any modification, customer to pay for all freight charges. Web-Flex must be notified in writing within 5 days from receipt of product that the equipment does not fit or is not to specifications, after 5 days Web-Flex will not accept any returns for any reason. No returns will be accepted If the press has been modified from the original press manufacturers specifications and dimensions. Warranty 1 year parts and labor on all machined parts, purchased component parts such counters, motor controllers, motors, electronics, pneumatics are warranted as per the manufacturers warranty, Normal maintenance items such as gears, bearings, belts, and o'rings are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not apply to defects due, directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or items that would normally be consumed or require replacement due to normal wear. In no event shall Web-Flex Converting Equipment be liable for death, personal or property injury, or damages arising from the use of its products. Web-Flex does not pay for shipping charges, customer is to arrange for all shipping. |
