Return Policy

In the event your new conveyor does not fit Web-Flex must be notified of the problem within 5 days from receipt of product.  Digital pictures of the press and a completed machine specification form will be required to determine the problem. If Web-Flex determines that the problem is on their end an RA# will be issued and Web-Flex will make modifications at no charge. Customer to pay for all freight charges.
